Named in honour of New Zealand dairy industry legend Jack Ballam, Ballam Block is a 97-hectare specialist support property located on Ferry Road, just 14km from Invercargill on the South Coast of Central Southland.

The property is well subdivided into 28 paddocks, with bore water reticulated to each. Recent upgrades include new stock lanes, water systems, and subdivisions, ensuring efficient management and strong pasture performance. Infrastructure is excellent, with easy access, quality rail cattle yards, and a 3-bay shed to support operations.
